Saskatchewan Premier defends use of notwithstanding clause as ‘assessment of educational supports’

Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe defended the implementation of the notwithstanding clause on Tuesday. “What is important here at the end of the day is that we are assessing what supports are available for our children,” Moe explained.
