West Kelowna councillor wants independent review of ESS

It’s been two weeks since the McDougall Creek wildfire was classified as held. Now that the cleanup and rebuild process is well underway, a West Kelowna city councillor is seeking a full, independent review of the wildfire, with a focus on Emergency Support Services and how it was handled.
