According to a new study published by an employment research group, English-speaking Quebecers from racialized communities and immigrants are more likely to be unemployed. Some blame a combination of systemic racism as well as lack of support for these groups. As Global’s Phil Carpenter reports, they’re calling on the provincial government to improve employment services.
