Peterborough-area tow truck driver reminding commuters to move over, or it could cost someone their life

Back in 2015, the Ontario government passed a law that requires drivers to slow down and mover over when approaching a stopped tow truck with its lights flashing. And according to one Peterborough-area tow truck driver, most people do not follow these laws.
