Saint John city hall employees reject another offer from employer

CUPE Local 486 has rejected another offer from the City of Saint John, saying it still isn’t meeting its own wage escalation policy. But the union says a deal is close and is hoping to sway the minds of common council. Nathalie Sturgeon reports.
