Three charged following Regina cocaine and meth bust

Three people are facing trafficking charges after an early morning drug bust. File / Global News

Two young men and a teenage girl are facing drug trafficking charges in Regina. This comes after police executed a search warrant on both a vehicle and residence.

Police performed the search at 3:14 a.m. at a residence on the 2700 block of 15th Avenue. The search was part of a trafficking investigation. It revealed substances believed to be cocaine and methamphetamine, Canadian currency and drug paraphernalia.

Reuben Dominic Ricketts and Dillon McKenzie, both 24, and a 17-year-old girl have been jointly charged with possession for the purposes of trafficking cocaine and methamphetamine in addition to possession of the proceeds of property obtained by crime over $5,000.

All three made their first appearance in court Tuesday morning.
