Winnipeg police want your help tracking down a 23-year-old man wanted for manslaughter.

On July 21, police received reports of shots being fired on Selkirk Avenue near Parr Street.

When they arrived, they found 27-year-old Trevor Bodnarek had been shot. He was sent to hospital where he passed away.

Police are now searching for Jason Scott Woodhouse, who faces manslaughter charges in connection with the incident.

Three other men have already been arrested for the shooting; two face second-degree murder charges, the other faces a charge of manslaughter.

Police have called the shooting a case of ‘mistaken identity.’

Woodhouse is described as Indigenous, six feet tall, 300 pounds with short black hair and brown eyes.
