Justin Trudeau visits Calgary on Canada 150 train

The CP Canada 150 pulled into Calgary Sunday afternoon, with the prime minister as one of its passengers.

Justin Trudeau spoke to Calgarians at the Anderson CTrain station during his stop on the celebratory train, hailing the railway as a great way to see the country.

Trudeau was accompanied by his daughter, Ella-Grace.

Country music star Dean Brody and world champion hoop dancer Dallas Arcand were also scheduled to perform at the event.

Trudeau took the CP Canada 150 train to Revelstoke, B.C. on Saturday.

The train will now make its way across the rest of the country, treating Canadians to music and entertainment at each of its 10 remaining stops.
