Halton Regional Police say a Thornhill, Ont. woman missing from the Burlington, Ont. area has been found safe.
Katherine Hiscox, 49, was found this morning by officers in York Region, according to police.

Police said she had left her cousin’s Burlington home abruptly last Tuesday in a 2007 white Camry, and was last seen at a Markham, Ont. gas station.
She is expected to appear in court Monday on charges relating to the alleged theft of a family member’s vehicle.
