Elgin County OPP are investigating a serious collision in Central Elgin.
Officers responded to a collision involving two vehicles at Burwell Road and Ron McNeil Line around 7:30 a.m. on Saturday.
According to investigators, a vehicle leaving Burwell Road was struck by another on Ron McNeil Line.
Central Elgin Fire and St. Thomas Elgin Ambulance assisted with the crash victims.
According to officials, a male in one of the vehicles was taken to hospital with life threatening injuries.
Two people in the other vehicle were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
According to police, Ron McNeil Line was closed at Burwell Road so that the OPP’s Technical Traffic Collision investigators could look into the cause of the collision.
According to Crewdson, officials are building a report on the situation.
