The city’s system of ditches and culverts overflowed in the Glenrosa neighborhood washing out driveways on Glenrosa Road and causing flooding.

At least three residential properties were hit by flood waters in the area of Glenrosa Road and Lansbury Way.

One homeowner reported two inches of water in his basement. A neighbour’s home was significantly harder hit and had four feet of water in the basement.
