A male pedestrian in his 20s was taken to hospital with serious injuries following a three-vehicle crash that also injured two others in downtown Toronto on Monday.
Toronto police said they responded to a call of a collision at around 9:30 a.m. near Avenue Road and Roxborough Street, just west of Yonge Street.
Police said a motorcycle and two vehicles collided with one of the vehicles striking a building.
Toronto Paramedics said the pedestrian was struck and rushed to hospital in serious condition.
Two other people from one of the vehicles were also hurt. Both were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
There’s no word yet on the cause of the collision. Police closed Avenue Road between Dupont Street and Davenport Road for the investigation.
