A 43-year-old man was injured after he was hit by a vehicle Friday morning in Eastern Passage, N.S.
The collision happened shortly after 11:30 a.m., at the intersection of Cow Bay Road and Main Road.

RCMP confirm the victim was in a crosswalk when he was struck. He was taken by ambulance to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The driver of the vehicle, a 75-year-old man, was charged under the Motor Vehicle Act for Failing to Yield to a Pedestrian in a Crosswalk.
