Two youths have been arrested after a man was found dead on a Yorkton, Sask., street on Sept. 13.

An investigation by RCMP revealed that the deceased, 67-year-old Lawrence Skoretz, and the two youths allegedly had some interaction at a park in the city during the early morning hours of Sept. 13.

A physical altercation took place and the victim was located unresponsive on Wellington Park Road. He was pronounced dead at hospital.

The two youths have been charged with first-degree murder and robbery with violence.

Both are expected to make their first court appearance on Friday morning.
