A 15-year-old boy is in hospital with serious injuries following a shooting at a Toronto housing complex early Friday morning.

Police responded to a 911 call around 3 a.m. at Swansea Mews near The Queensway and Windermere Avenue.

Officers located the boy with a gunshot wound in the hip area and was transported to hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries.

There’s no word yet on any suspects at the investigation is ongoing.
