Cup coming to West Kelowna

The Stanley Cup is coming to West Kelowna.

Pittsburg Penguin Justin Schultz is bringing it to his hometown after his team won the 2016 Stanley Cup by defeating the San Jose Sharks in six games.

Shultz grew up in West Kelowna and played for the West Kelowna Warriors.

He recently signed a one-year contract extension with the Penguins for $1.4 million.

Schultz will be bringing the Cup home Thursday, July 28 between 1 and 3 p.m at Royal Lepage Place where fans will be able to snap a photo with the NHL player and grab an autograph.
