Lethbridge police look for 3rd suspect in assault against 15-year-old

Two people have been charged and police are looking for a third suspect after a 15-year-old boy was attacked in West Lethbridge Tuesday night.

Lethbridge police said just before midnight, the victim was approached by the three suspects as he was walking along Columbia Boulevard West.

Police said one of the suspects said something to the victim, who was wearing headphones and kept walking.

“The subjects proceeded to attack the victim, knocked him to the ground and repeatedly kicked him before fleeing the area,” police said in a release.

He was taken to hospital with soft tissue injuries.

Guy Charlton Mountain Horse, 18, of Cardston and an unnamed 17-year-old from Standoff each face one charge of assault.

Police said the third suspect is 17 years old.
