WATCH: Massive waterspout spotted in Bahamas

A huge waterspout was caught on camera in Nassau, Bahamas on Wednesday, June 15, as strong winds, lightning strikes and swirling waterspouts hit Andros and New Providence – Jun 16, 2016

Several waterspouts were spotted across parts of the Bahamas on Thursday.

According to local media a severe thunderstorm warning was issued for the islands of Andros and New Providence, home to Nassau.

Around 4:50 p.m. clusters of storms were seen on radar and satellite. Waterspouts were then seen over Lake Killarney on Providence Island which is near Lynden Pindling International Airport.

Several residents photographed the beautiful sight. There were no reports of injuries.
