The LCBO recently changed its return policy in light of the fraud scheme.

The new rules state that all liquor products sold in plastic bottles and later returned will no longer be offered for resale.

The suspect is described as white, 6’0″ tall, with short brown hair, facial hair and wearing sport sunglasses.
