Thousands of people from around the Atlantic provinces are expected to flock to Sydney, N.S., on Saturday evening, as the most popular game in the region resumes.
‘Chase the Ace’ is returning to Sydney following a brief hiatus. The jackpot is estimated to reach $1.3 million dollars and there are only nine cards remaining in the game.

The game took a break last week after two identical tickets were sold during the draw on March 12. Since then, organizers have been able to put in place new protocols and security measures to ensure that the same incident doesn’t happen again.
Horizon, one of the charities presenting the ‘Chase the Ace’ event, says there will be increased security and policing at all venues that will be selling tickets.
They’ve also retained a custom ticket supplier and will work with a national accounting firm to ensure duplicate tickets are not supplied.
