Health Matters: 247K Canadians expected to get cancer in 2024Nearly 250 thousand Canadians are expected to be diagnosed with cancer this year and 88 thousand will die. The Canadian Cancer Society, Statistics Canada, and the Public Health Agency of Canada worked together on the annual report, which shows cancer remains the leading cause of death in this country.
