Peel Police are investigating after a fatal crash in Mississauga on July 27. It happened during rush hour near Dundas Street East and Dixie Road. A motorcyclist died after being struck by an SUV. Now a witness is asking why it was so hard to reach 911. Shallima Maharaj reports.
