Global Regina puts hot summer weather experiments to the test

Certified Chef de Cuisine Ryan Katchuk took part in some hot weather experiments on Monday involving a carton of eggs, two frying pans and a sun-baked parking lot. Katchuck said in 33-degree Celsius weather like today, an over-easy egg will cook, but for something like a basted egg, “you’d need to move to Australia.”
