Quebec’s proposed education reform already under fire

Quebec Education Minister Bernard Drainville has tabled his education reform and he’s looking for a larger concentration of powers in his office. The minister wants to appoint director generals to school service centres. But as Global’s Gloria Henriquez reports, what Drainville is calling an improvement is also being called interference.
