Carpenters union offers members free naloxone kits

A union on Vancouver Island is the first to offer its members free naloxone kits and a training course to use the medication. The Carpenters' Regional Council in Victoria says it's taking action after several reported overdoses in the industry. Richard Zussman has more on the pilot project.
