Toronto council votes to punish Coun. Josh Matlow over critical tweets

Coun. Josh Matlow, about to launch a mayoral campaign, has been docked 10 days’ pay after an integrity commissioner ruling. Matlow was found to have violated the city’s code of conduct over tweets criticizing staff members, but he remained unapologetic following the vote to punish him. Matthew Bingley reports.
