Vancouver council to vote on bear spray sale restrictions

Vancouver city council is expected to vote Tuesday on whether to restrict the sale of bear spray following public safety concerns raised by police. The rules include an age restriction on the purchase of bear spray after police said incidents involving youth increased 121 per cent last year compared to 2018.
