Copper theft causes wide outage of services in Fredericton

Copper thieves struck an area near Fredericton this week causing a wide outage of phone and internet services. Since October, copper thefts have resulted in damages of $1.5 million in the Atlantic region. And as Nathalie Sturgeon reports, the Fredericton area is a hot bed for copper thefts.
