Daycare families warned about subsidy contract backlog

Some parents could soon be forced to pay the full, unsubsidized price for childcare. The provincial government is working its way through the backlog of fee reduction contracts meaning it might fall on parents to make up the shortfall in funds. Richard Zussman has more.
