Completion of Nova Scotia highway twinning pushed again due to fish passage accommodations

Completion of the Hwy. 101 twinning project is being pushed back yet again. The project was originally supposed to be done by 2021 but it's faced numerous delays. The new timeline is projecting a completion date in 2026. As Megan King reports, the most recent delays are due to accommodations for fish passage at the Avon River Aboiteau.
