The City of Kelowna is hoping to secure a pair of grants from the federal government, to upgrade its aging transit yard and begin construction on a replacement. The decision comes after city council was presented a transportation workshop on Monday, highlighting the need for better, faster service as Kelowna’s population continues to grow.
