Surveillance video shows moments leading up to Anthony Lowe Jr. shooting

Surveillance video was released on Monday by police in Huntington Beach, Calif., showing the moments leading up to the shooting of double amputee Anthony Lowe Jr. The video shows police approaching Lowe before they attempt to remove him from his wheelchair, at which point he appears to try fleeing from police. As he runs, the video shows more police cruisers approaching as he swings what police said was a knife. The video concludes with officers drawing their firearms.
