More local businesses opening in Edmonton’s Manchester Square

It's home to a diverse collection of businesses, but it's been a rollercoaster getting to this point for Manchester Square. After a tough start, the majority of its units are now leased and the building is expected to be fully occupied before the end of the year. Nicole Stillger has more.
