Focus is on removing Chinese surveillance balloon from U.S. airspace: Blinken

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken addressed the presence of Chinese surveillance balloon in U.S. airspace, calling it a “clear violation of our sovereignty and a clear violation of international law." He said maintaining open dialogue with China is critical, but said conditions for a planned trip to China “were not conducive for a constructive visit.” Blinken said his focus was on getting the craft out of U.S. airspace.
