U.S. Inflation Reduction Act ‘changed playing field’ in terms of global competition: Freeland

Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland said on Friday that the Inflation Reduction Act passed in the U.S. has "changed the playing field" in terms of global competition for capitol. She said as a result it's created a "new situation" for Canada, and other countries in the world, to create an "appealing investment proposition" to bring in international companies.
