Saskatoon activates its emergency cold weather response plan

Pamela Goulden-McLeod, director of emergency management with the Saskatoon fire department, shared on Monday how the city plans to protect vulnerable residents in Saskatoon during extremely cold temperatures. Goulden-McLeod says one of the biggest improvements over previous years is savvy outreach workers in the field.
