Justin Zarnowski, general council for Winnipeg’s Shindico, spoke on Thursday about a new apartment development project that he says will be the city’s biggest. Zarnowski said Shindico is waiting for the city to re-zone the land to permit the development. He added that Shindico’s team has no concern about airport noise or energy efficiency and these apartments allow residents to live car-free.
