Overwhelmed and understaffed--that's how an emergency room doctor at Kelowna General Hospital is describing the concerning situation at the Okanagan’s largest hospital. Dr. Jeff Eppler is sounding the alarm saying a lot more resources are needed to meet the needs of a growing community and an older population.
