Talks with Taliban begin in Norway as Afghans endure humanitarian crisis

Representatives of Afghanistan's Taliban arrived in Norway on Sunday for three days of talks on how to alleviate a humanitarian crisis. Critics of the talks say this is a way of recognizing the Taliban, but as Mike Armstrong reports, there is a need to address the humanitarian crisis Afghans are going through.
