Liberals say they will act ‘quickly’ to end blood donation ban on gay, bisexual men

Asked about the Canadian Blood Services announcement that they will submit a recommendation to end the blood donation ban on gay and bisexual men, Health Minister Jean-Yves Duclos said Monday the government would work “quickly” to end the ban once the recommendation is received.
