Nova Scotia’s chief medical officer of health Dr. Robert Strang announced on Wednesday that beginning Nov. 23, eligible groups in the province who received their second COVID-19 vaccine six months prior could begin booking appointments for their booster dose. Strang said the groups include people over 70 years old and those who received two doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine.
