Public Safety Minister Mike Farnworth said Thursday that rainfall in fire-affected areas of B.C. was welcome news, but not enough to fully combat the tinder-dry conditions that are fueling the fire. Farnworth also thanked the many men and women protecting B.C. from wildfires.
