Quebec provincial police will assist Montreal police following a deadly shooting in Rivière-des-Prairies Monday evening. It’s the latest, and deadliest, in a string of shootings that have plagued the city in recent months. Police are asking for the public’s help. But as Phil Carpenter reports, community workers say authorities have been taking the wrong approach in the neighbourhood.
