Washington, D.C. Fire Chief John Donnelly said Thursday that four people had been rescued and taken to area hospitals, but one person remained trapped after a building collapsed earlier in the day when a storm moved through the area. He said crews were working to free the person, adding the people transported to hospital had non-life threatening injuries.
