Conservative MP Leona Alleslev criticized Defence Minister Harjit Sajjan during Thursday’s session of question period in the House of Commons for not doing his job when it comes to protecting individuals against sexual misconduct in the military. “Under this minister, the old boys’ club continues unchecked,” she said. This comes after Sajjan announced an external review of military sexual misconduct, led by former Supreme Court justice Louise Arbour, after allegations against Gen. Jonathan Vance came to light.
