Railway employee in India sprints along tracks to save boy from oncoming train

A railway employee in India sprinted along railway tracks to save a boy who had fallen onto the tracks seconds before, as an oncoming train bore down on them on April 17. The mother, who was visually impaired, was having difficulty locating the boy as he struggled to get back on the platform. Ministry of Railways employee Mayur Shelke was able to get the boy to safety before pulling himself on the platform just as the train was passing through the station.
