Chief of staff to former prime minister Stephen Harper Ray Novak testified before the House of Commons’ defence committee on Monday, stating the appointment process of Gen. Jonathan Vance, who’s under sexual misconduct allegations investigation. Novak said two pieces of information about misconduct allegations have been received to the prime minister’s office during the process and that Gen. Vance have misled the PM with his answers during the appointment interview in March 2015.
