Manitoba’s acting deputy chief public health officer Dr. Jazz Atwal on Friday discussed new health orders that are set to go into effect on Saturday morning after the old ones expire at midnight. While the entire province will remain in the level red, there will be “modest” changes in some regions that will allow for some increased personal connections.
