Vaccine delay won’t impact delivery at Peterborough-area long-term care homes
Despite a shortage in supply of the Pfizer vaccine, Peterborough’s medical officer of health says that won’t affect the local rollout for long-term care homes.
Residents, staff and essential caregivers – who want the vaccine – were slated to receive it by Feb. 15.
And Dr. Rosana Salvaterra says we’re still on track for that to happen.
