When asked about his request for more clarity on the latest COVID-19 restrictions by the Ontario government, Toronto Mayor John Tory on Wednesday said there’s an “onus on those who make rules,” including the city, and it would be “advantageous” if there were clear and consistent public health rules across the region and the province.
